Description

Lundsbo Bokskog is a municipal nature reserve 2 km northeast of Bor. There are easily accessible trails within the beautiful nature of the beech forest. See the remains of crofts, agricultural terraces and flax drying pits. At Lundsbo there is also a croft cottage that has stood on the site since the 18th century. The croft cottage is free for the public to use on outings, but watch out for the occasional mouse.

In 2023, the municipality built a rest area in Lundsbo beech forest inspired by an old petrol station in Bor. The rest area is called ‘Kepsmacken’ and is a lovely place to take a break.

From Lundsbo there is a trail that continues on to Rusarebo meadow.
