Tingstad Stones-Penåsa is a 5 km long trail, marked with white painted posts.
If you choose to walk the route from the Penåsa car park, you initially follow the white and blue markings, after which the trails split and the white posts take you north towards Tingstad stones.
Once you have reached Tingstad stones from Gösslunda (see Gösslunda-Tingstad sones), the trail continues south towards Penåsa, passing through alternating scrublands and open fields.
At a large wooden sign you meet a crossing trail, which leads to Millersten (see Millersten). Just before the car park in Penåsa, you pass over an Iron Age burial ground, where orchids usually bloom abundantly in early summer.
If you choose to walk from the wooden sign via Millersten, it is about 5.4 kilometres to Penåsa car park. At the car park there are toilets, information boards, tables and benches.
