Lille Petter Johans (Little Petter Johan) hut is a well-preserved hut where the short shoemaker Petter Johan lived during the 19th century. The hut is a exciting place to visit, both for young and old.
About the legend: Crofters’ huts were often small. This one, however, has such a low ceiling that most visitors cannot walk upright inside. Here lived the shoe-maker Lille Petter Johan (Little Petter Johan, 1875-1952) who was extremely short.
