Beschreibung
Alajaure is a fairly inaccessible nature area on the boundary between forest and fell. The area here has an abundance of birdlife. This is partly due to the undisturbed character of the area, partly that there are both mountain and forest species. The nature reserve is 170 square kilometres in size. Snowmobiles are only permitted on snowmobile trails.

The nature reserve lies about 20 kilometres north of Kiruna, on the east shore of Lake Torneträsk. There are no roads near the nature reserve.

- Driving snowmobiles on well snow-covered ground on marked joints fishing in accordance with applicable laws
During the winter, you can make fire wherever you want, but in the summer it is only allowed near water. Some restrictions are available for hunting in the area, see the reserve decision for details.
