The reserve has scattered infestations of spruce bark beetle. This means that there are a lot of dead standing spruces in the forest. The trees can fall suddenly and without warning. Keep an eye out and avoid visiting the reserve when it is windy!
Beschreibung
Rosenlundsskogen is a reserve within close proximity of the Stockholm archipelago, in the municipality of Nynäshamn. It has a varied topography, with pine forests growing on exposed bedrock, alder swamps, lush oak and hazel groves and aspens clinging to rocky slopes.
This natural variation provides a range of different habitats for plants and animals, making this area particularly biodiverse. There are some great lookout points in the reserve, as well as some trails.

Anleitung
The Rosenlundsskogen nature reserve is located south of Djursnäs farm, by Fållnäsvik. Due to its variable topography, the reserve can be difficult to get to. There are no facilities for visitors and no designated parking lot.

Verordnungen
In order to protect the Rosenlundsskogen nature reserve, please respect the following rules.
Within the reserve, it is forbidden to:
- destroy or damage rock, soil or stone by drilling, cutting, blasting, carving, digging, painting or similar,
- break branches, fell or in any other way damage living or dead trees and bushes or damage the vegetation in general by digging up plants, such as shrubs, herbaceous plants, mosses or lichens or by removing fungi growing on wood,
- disturb wildlife (e.g. by climbing nesting trees, trapping or killing mammals, birds, reptiles and amphibians),
- trap and collect invertebrates,
- bring unleashed dogs,
- make a fire,
- put up a message board, placard, poster, sign or make inscriptions.
