B&B Forest Homestay Holmsvattnet

Welcome to our cozy and unique B&B, Forest Homestay, located by Lake Holmsvattnet and steeped in history dating back to the 1800s, just outside Skellefteå city!

Here, you'll have the chance to experience the stunning Swedish countryside, with its breathtaking scenery by a archipelago with around 40 islands. In this tranquil, nature-filled environment, you'll find the perfect escape from your everyday life or journey—an ideal place to relax with a good book and a cup of coffee.

When you stay with us, you can rent the entire upper floor with the two rooms and the 9-meter-high tower all to yourself.

The spacious double room features a king-size bed, a large wardrobe, books, and an armchair with a partial lake view. At the top of the tower, accessible by ladder, is the second, smaller bedroom with a queen-size bed offering a 360-degree view, along with a glimpse of the lake. Below this bedroom, in the tower, is the living room, where you can lounge on comfortable sofas in front of the TV, also with a partial lake view.

In the refrigerator, you'll find breakfast ready for you to enjoy at your convenience in the morning. There's also a microwave, toaster, coffee maker, and kettle, so you can easily warm up a meal or prepare a snack whenever you like.

Nearby the rooms, you'll find a toilet with a sink, as well as a separate shower room with another sink, ensuring you have everything you need within reach.

Outside, you have access to a BBQ and a wood-fired sauna on at the B&B or on a island, and if you'd like to enjoy a hot bath, you can book our wood-fired hot tub. For those who wish to explore the lake at a leisurely pace, you can lend some skiis( if we have the right size) and glide throw the forest or between the islands on the lake.
