Lyckeby Crown mill, which ground flour for the bakery on Stumholmen was built in 1721. In the 1710s a dam and a waterwheel were built on the lowest falls of the Lyckebyån river. A stone bridge across the river was built between the dam and the mill in the 1780s.
The Crown mill is part of the Naval Port of Karlskrona, inscribed on UNESCO’s list of unmissable World Heritage Sites in 1998.
