Skälsnäs peninsula

On the Skälsnäs peninsula, you can bike or stroll near grazing cattle and singing birds. The countryside here is bright and pleasant. Beech trees and great oaks share the area with pastureland and flowers. Birds here include the northern lapwing, stock dove, European green woodpecker and redwing. At Lake Helgasjön, you'll find black-throated divers, ospreys and the common sandpiper.
