The reserve is located on the road between Vrankunge and Urshult, reached north from road 23. About 14 km west of Växjö is taken south towards Odensjö. Signing from the reserve is from the road a button mile after passing through Vrankunge.

You are welcome to visit the nature reserve, but please note that it is not allowed to:

1. destroy or damage fixed natural objects or surface formation, for example by drilling, painting, chiseling or otherwise damaging mountain pours, blocks, live natural objects or lying and standing dead trees perform motor vehicles other than the designated parking space or perform hydrocopts, hoverers or similar engine-powered vehicles (motorboat may be performed)
2. set up caravan or other trailer
3. mooring or anchoring houseboat
4. ride other than on the road listed on the map, (see PDF under more information)
5. bringing uncoupled dog or other dissolving pets
6. interfere with the wildlife, for example through the proximity of occurrence in bird nests, pot or equivalent
7. fire dig up, pick or break shrubs, rice, herbs, fungi, mosses and lichens with the exception of picking of berries and fungus for house needs collect insects, shells or other animals as well as their eggs, pockets or similar (fishing with applicable fishing cards is permitted)
8. organize twisted tracks or equivalent
9. set up board, sign, inscription, poster or comparable device
10. tent In the land or water area start or land with aircraft

Other legislation for what can be done in forests and land also applies in the nature reserve.
