Gittas verkstad

Unique craft in both design and technique.

On the farm Gjutås outside Lennartsfors you will find a small craft paradise created by textile artist Gitta Bretsch and her husband. Visitors are most welcome and are treated to a tour of Gitta's weaving workshop with its three different looms.

Here you can shop very nicely in the small farm shop or order individually designed scarves and blankets. Gitta weaves shawls and tapestries, sews loop shawls and paints pictures in a special tempera technique. All her products are unique. Products are made of selected materials and are offered in a spectrum of colors. Swedish nature is a great source of inspiration, both in terms of design and color. Gitta and her husband also make beautiful bowls and moose in wood, jewelry and much more.

Souvenirs
At Gitta's workshop you will also find a fine selection of Swedish souvenirs - some of them from their own production.

Courses
During the summer, Gitta also holds a number of very popular plant coloring courses.
