The bathing area is well visited by both villagers and long-distance visitors on sunny days. Here there is both a sandy beach, a bathing jetty and a swimming raft. In the summer, a kiosk is run by the village's youth selling ice cream and sweets. A sauna by the beach can be rented. The Varuträskstugan meeting room can also be rented for association meetings or parties.
