Servicely water means that the content of the bacteria is low enough not to pose a health risk.

Service with note means that the amount of bacteria in the sample is slightly elevated. Bathing in the water is still considered to pose no health risk, but the municipality should follow up on why the content is elevated.

Unsustainable water means that some or both bacteria are found in high levels in the bathing water, which is a sign that there has been some kind of pollution. There is also a risk that other microorganisms are present in the water that you can get sick if you swallow the water.
