Destination Tärnö

Tärnö is located at the outermost skerries, and it is the largest island in Hällaryd archipelago. From Drakberget, the highest point of the island, you can see part of Blekinges coastline, or the excavations in the mountain that the inhabitants in older times thought was tracks left by the dragon who lived there. Tärnö light house was built on Iberget the year 1910. The island, is a nature reserve, with a regular boat schedule during the summer months from Karlshamn and Matvik, at this time the kiosk Laxboden is opened. Tärnö is a genuine idyllic archipelago spot. At Tärnö there are four small boathouses and two apartments in "Lärarbostaden" for rent. Pets are allowed.

Small red cottages (swe. sjöbodar): Small simple cottages. Rooms: 1 + kitchenette Size: 10 m2 with 2 bunk beds and kitchenette. Two hobs, fridge and small freezer. Water from a water pump, 15 m from the cottage. WC in a separate building shared with other guests. The shower is shared with other guests. Low season = 1800 SEK/week, 370 SEK/day High season = 2650 SEK/week, 530 SEK/day

Apartments (swe. Lärarbostaden): Two separate apartments in a yellow house. Rooms in each apartment: 2 + kitchen. Size: 40 m2. One room with two beds. Living room with two beds. Kitchen with cold water, cooker, fridge, small freezer (40 l), microwave oven, WC. The shower is shared with other guests. Low season = 3250 SEK/week, 650 SEK/day High season = 4100 SEK/week (only weekly rental)
