Omschrijving
South of Borensberg and southeast of Lake Boren is Vålberga bog nature reserve. Wetlands used to be frequent in the plain landscape of Östergötland, but after ditching it has become a scarce commodity in the landscape. Vålberga bog is therefore unique with its location on the edge of Östergötland's plain landscape.
The nature reserve is managed by Länsstyrelsen Östergötland.

Routebeschrijving
Road description: From RV 34, you drive in the middle of Brunneby Church towards Österstad. After about 4.5 km, take off to the right towards Vålberga. After about 1.5 km there is a smaller p-place in Vålberga stugby.
