In order to protect bird life, during the period 1/2-15/8 it is forbidden to go ashore, or to stay closer than 100 metres from the islands of Stora Nassa which are bird protection areas.

Regelingen
To protect Stora Nassa's nature reserves, there are rules you must follow.
In the reserve, it is prohibited to
- during the period from 1 February to 15 August, landing, travelling or staying within the bird protection area specified on the attached map, Annex 1 (b) to perform vessels, as defined in the Maritime Traffic Regulation (1986:300), at a higher rate than 5 knots within the internal archipelago zone specified on the annexed map; digging, hacking, drilling, painting, moving stone blocks, dampening sound or otherwise damaging mountains, land, stone or bottoms break twigs, traps or damage live or dead trees or shrubs Dig up plants or algae or pick mosses or lichens When landing, the dog, cat or other domestic animals. Coupled dog or other domestic animals may, however, be carried on the pelvis and large farmer Injure or disturb the wildlife (e.g. by climbing the farms, catching, persecuting or killing mammals, birds, crustaceans or frogs)
- capture and collect invertebrates However, tent tent for a maximum of two consecutive days may take place on Stor-Sprängskäret and Bäckskäret For longer than two consecutive days, anchoring a boat at the same beach Make open fire or use grills that can affect vegetation or bedrock
