Welcome to Borgviks Gård & Matbruket!

Located in Borgvik you will find one of Värmlands largest barns, it is 100 metres long and holds a restaurant, art gallery, farm shop and a café. The barn is a work of art itself and it is well worth a visit.

Matbruket

Matbruket is the restaurant at Borgviks Gård. Matbruket, with their open kitchen, bar and lounge, want to invite their guests to meetings and conversations whilst enjoying delicious food. With handmade tables and rustic interior alongside the huge windows showing the beautiful enviroment Matbruket can offer you an experience you can't miss!

The menu is created with seasonal ingredients and offers a variety of meat, fish and vegetarian options. You can choose to enjoy something of the á la carte menu or try the tasting menu.

The art gallery

The art gallery in Borgviks gård is a Mats Bergman gallery. Gallery Mats Bergman opened its first gallery in 1984 in Stockholm. The gallery has since then relocated to Gothenburg, Helsingborg, Karlstad and now Borgvik.

Gallery Mats Bergman has also been a part of a large amount of art fairs in Sweden and internationally. The gallery is now located in Karlstad and at Borgvik Gård. They show graphics paintings and sculptures by nordic artists. As a gallery they have the opportunity to show the variety of Nordic art by carefully chosen artist from differents genres and generations.

The farm shop
