The kitchen at our restaurant, Undersviks Matsal, follows the seasons and serves simple yet well-prepared dishes with clean flavors. The inspiration comes from traditional craftsmanship and a genuine focus on sustainability. The core philosophy is to use slightly less, but higher-quality, meat and fish, and to let vegetables—carefully grown and thoughtfully selected—play a bigger role on the plate. Whenever possible, Swedish and organic ingredients are used.

The accommodation consists of five buildings and offers a total of 133 beds. You’ll find everything from double rooms with private bathrooms to family rooms and multi-bed rooms, as well as the option to rent your own house or even the entire property! Perfect for larger conferences or weddings with overnight guests. The site includes several conference rooms for 4 to 100 people, spacious common areas, self-catering kitchens, a large veranda, playground, yoga studio, football and volleyball fields, barbecue area, and both a jetty and a lovely sandy beach within walking distance.
