Norra Grytleden

This hiking trail of about 5km takes you around Norra Grytsjön. The trail goes on a path in the forest but also on gravel and forest roads in parts. There are several places to stop to watch the bird life in the lake or just enjoy the silence. Remember to respect nature, locals and wildlife by leaving the place as you want to find it yourself. The trail is being marked out in the terrain, but you who have found this information may also follow the digital map in this Naturkartan app. A part of this trail runs along the trail on the regular Grytleden (not in this guide yet) and has blue markings in the terrain. The rest of the stretch is currently marked with purple ribbons.

The trail can be reached from several directions and if you come by car it is recommended to park this in Gäddegölshult, at Villa Ester or at Stensjöäng. If you park at Stensjöäng, you can follow the ordinary Grytleden (blue marking in the terrain) to join this loop.

Norra Grytleden is presented by Spjutaretorpsbygdens kulturförening. This association contains several creative minds and sometimes they invite you to an art and culture event. They also work to promote the area's attractiveness for both residents and visitors. The village is very beautiful where small-scale agriculture is interspersed with extremely rocky terrain.
