The little baroque garden in front of the main building of Blekinge museum was reconstructed in 1978 with a clipped box parterre.
The terraced garden, reached via an impressive double set of steps, was also restored. On each side of the steps stand two big, very old yew trees. They are thought to have been planted in 1704.
Grevagården and the garden are part of the Naval Port of Karlskrona inscribed on UNESCO’s list of unmissable World Heritage Sites in 1998.
