Immediately adjacent to the Lammhult Swimming Centre, there is a loop around Ekegärd peninsula, which juts into the lake. This trail is 1.6 kilometres long, on quite hilly terrain. Since March 2021, there are twelve signs with Aktivitetsrundan - pulse and strength along the track. This concept trains all major muscle groups of the body. Each sign offers an exercise for children and a similar one in two different levels for adults. The exercises are aimed at all ages, from the youngest to older people who enjoy movement.
