Immediately adjacent to the Lammhult Swimming Centre, there is a loop around Ekegärd peninsula, which juts into the lake. This trail is 1.6 kilometres long, on quite hilly terrain. Since March 2021, there are twelve signs with Aktivitetsrundan - pulse and strength along the track. This concept trains all major muscle groups of the body.
