See red deer, fallow deer, Père David's deer, mouflon sheep, wild boar and European bison on a drive through one of the largest wildlife parks in Europe.
The ruins of former crofts nestle among the ancient trees in a landscape shaped by grazing with high nature conservation values.
The area was bought by zoologist Bengt Berg in 1938 to carry out research projects. Farming was abandoned and the old crofts were left to decay.
The rules for the nature reserve are shown in the link below, but, for example, you are not allowed to bring a dog, camp in a tent, caravan or camper van, or light a fire here.
