A pearl of Karlskrona’s inner archipelago reached by water. Enjoy the sunny rocks on the south-east side of the island and its wealth of bird life.
Järkö has been used for grazing and haymaking for centuries. The rock and the partly preserved arable landscape and heather heaths used for grazing to this day still leave their mark on the vegetation and flowers.
The rules for the nature reserve are shown in the link below, but, for example, you are not allowed to let a dog, cat or other animal run free in the area, light a fire other than in a designated spot or
pitch a tent or park a caravan for a long period.
