No organized boat traffic across Lake Mávas

The organized boat traffic across lake Mávas, previously performed by the Camping in Mavas, "Mavas stugby", has been cancelled, and there are no rowing boats or places where you can wade across. Tourists who wants to cross the lake can try to find a boat transport on their own in Mavas, by searching on the internet and asking in advance. It is usually not possible to use a cell phone in the area.
This affects mainly the trail south of the lake: Silvervägen (The Silver Road)-Mavas.
The settlement Mavas is situated north of the lake. From the north, the trail Stáddájåhkå-Mavas arrives here.
